User Input and Data Handling

Arculi, eDoctor.Bot, and Mental.Bot do not collect, store, or retain any user input or interactions. All interactions with the Services are processed in real-time without being logged or stored on any servers.
- Automated Training Process
While no data is stored or collected for human review, user inputs may be used to enhance the functionality of the chatbots through an automated machine learning process. This process operates without human oversight and is purely technical, focusing on improving the algorithm’s accuracy and efficacy in detecting conditions.
- Privacy Assurance
The automated process used for training the models ensures that user input is anonymized and untraceable. No personal identifiers or interaction details are retained or accessible by human developers, and there is no possibility of associating inputs with individual users.

User Responsibilities
